Is Repeatly a website or an app?
Repeatly is a web-based business system. Your staff can use it through a secure client link on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — there's nothing to install.
Is Repeatly a POS or cash register?
No — Repeatly isn't a cash register or receipt printer. It works alongside how you already take payments (cash, GCash, card): you record what came in, and Repeatly keeps the daily totals, customer records, memberships, and history organized. Receipt printing can be added if you need it.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Repeatly can be hosted under a secure client link. A custom domain is optional if you want a more branded setup.
Can it be customized for my business?
Yes. Repeatly can be adjusted for your workflow, branding, services, records, and the things you need to track.
Is this just Excel?
No. Excel stores data, but Repeatly gives your staff a cleaner system with customer records, payments, logs, summaries, reminders, and staff access — built around how you actually work.
Can my staff use it?
